Born in 2018 in Steven Smith-Hay's kitchen, Vault City has grown in just a few years into Scotland's largest sour beer producer and one of the boldest names in British craft. From Portobello, by the sea in Edinburgh, the brewery lives its "Modern Sour Beer" motto through fruit-laden brews: Scottish strawberries, Alphonso mango, or the iconic Irn-Bru sour, a wink to the national soft drink.
