Gotland
Gotland is a county (län) made up of the island of Gotland, in the Baltic Sea, east of Öland. It has about 61,000 inhabitants according to Statistics Sweden (2024); its seat is Visby. It includes the Hanseatic town of Visby, a UNESCO site, and the Gotlands Bryggeri brewery, founded in 1995.

In Visby, on the island of Gotland, Gotlands Bryggeri produces a very distinctive range of hoppy ales where the island's identity remains strong without any contrived folklore. Sleepy Bulldog Pale Ale is 4.8% ABV and blends English pub-style inspiration with ripe grapefruit and toast; Sitting Bulldog IPA, at 6.4% ABV, features a trio of Citra, Cascade and Chinook hops with notes of passion fruit, dried fig and fresh bread; Summer Bulldog Pale Ale bursts with citrus, melon and elderflower on a dry finish. A brewery that knows how to remain accessible whilst maintaining a genuine malt-and-hop backbone.
Vivungs Bryggeri
Located in Vivungs, on Gotland, this rural microbrewery produces a limited range of beers deeply rooted in its local area.
