MòR — "great" in Scottish Gaelic — is the independent microbrewery of Kellas, on Dundee's doorstep, and the oldest brewery still operating in Angus. True to a rare conviction, it left bottles and cans behind to devote itself, since 2024, exclusively to cask: the vessel-conditioned beer pulled through the handpump that beats at the heart of British pubs. Modern recipes and nods to Scotland's brewing heritage flow from the taps of Angus pubs, from the Drovers in Memus to the Market Arms in Montrose — a proudly local anchoring that makes MòR the keeper of real ale in the Dundee area.
