Cromarty Brewing Company

On Davidston farm, between the cliffs of Cromarty and the beaches of Rosemarkie, the Middleton family has brewed since 2011 some of the most respected beers in the north of Scotland. Cromarty Brewing built its reputation on precision: the much-awarded pale ale Happy Chappy, the Ghost Town porter and the rye-tinged Red Rocker display a command that wins over real ale pubs and the craft scene alike. Resolutely family-run and independent, the brewery sells direct from its farm shop — the last tasty stop before the Moray Firth dolphins at Chanonry Point.
