Stewart Brewing

When Steve and Jo Stewart launched their brewery in Loanhead in 2004, Edinburgh's brewing revival began with them. Twenty years on, Stewart Brewing supplies some 200 pubs across the capital and beyond, from Pentland IPA — a Scottish cask classic — to modern lagers and IPAs. The brewery cultivates the direct link: a taproom with pizzas at the foot of the Pentlands, a shop, tours, and above all the Craft Beer Kitchen, where anyone can brew their own beer on professional kits. A sturdy bridge between real ale tradition and the craft generation.
