In Malmö, in Skåne, Malmö Brygghus — now known as Malmö Brewing Co & Taproom — draws on several traditions without confining itself to a single school. The website lists a range featuring hoppy beers, Belgian-influenced styles, hazy IPAs, imperial stouts and lagers; well-documented offerings such as Hibiskus Witbier (5.1%, 15 IBU) demonstrate their work on witbier with hibiscus blossom, whilst the local menu also features Cocoa-Porter and IPAs on tap.
