In Malmö, in the county of Skåne, Hyllie Bryggeri crafts a contemporary range dominated by IPAs, whilst not neglecting more mellow brews. Hyllipan is a 6.5% West Coast IPA driven by Citra and Mosaic, with a distinct bitterness and a resinous, lemony profile; Lowlands, also at 6.5%, leans towards a juicier Hazy IPA, packed with tropical hops; Seaside Porter broadens the spectrum with a gluten-free porter. These brews share a clear signature: distinct hopping, a texture true to the style, and genuine consistency across the range, very much in tune with the current Malmö brewing scene.
