About this brewery
Opened in 2016 by the Tolok family on the Sliema Strand, The Brew Grill & Brewery is the benchmark brewpub of the Maltese waterfront. Its basement houses a microbrewery feeding the bar with around a dozen house beers, from light pale ales to imperial stouts, by way of an amber, refreshing Valletta lager and creations adapted to the island's climate. Indoors or on the large terrace facing the harbour, the American BBQ-inspired menu accompanies the tasting flights: unlimited chicken wings, ribs and grilled platters. A convivial address where you can watch the Manoel Island ferries come and go, a pint of freshly brewed beer in hand.
