About this brewery
Heir to the historic Fontvieille brewery (1905-1972), the Brasserie de Monaco was revived on 1 August 2008 by Gildo Pallanca-Pastor on Port Hercule, facing the principality's yachts. In a Kaspar Schulz brewhouse visible from the bar, the brewmaster crafts 100% organic, unfiltered and unpasteurised beers: a Blonde crowned with a Fourquet d'Or, a Blanche, an Ambrée and seasonal creations. A brewpub, terrace, homemade cuisine and DJ nights make it one of Monaco's liveliest venues, from Grand Prix week to summer evenings. It is a unique address where Monegasque flair is served on draught, right on the edge of the Mediterranean, in the very heart of the harbour.
