Belmontas Brewery

Ten minutes from central Vilnius, in the wooded valley of the Vilnia, the old French mill of Belmontas — built in the 19th century — has become a leisure estate where waterfalls, terraces and banquet halls answer one another. Its house brewery keeps the gesture alive: beers brewed on site, golden lagers and malty darks, served in the estate's restaurants beside the cascades. Between weddings, concerts and Sunday lunches, Belmontas offers the most bucolic experience of brewing Vilnius, halfway between Pavilniai Regional Park and Gediminas Tower — a pint to the sound of rushing water.
