One of the largest beer festivals in the country, the Nottingham Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival is a genuine institution, drawing thousands of visitors to a city forever linked with its outlaw legend. Now held at Trent Bridge, the famous Test cricket ground, the festival offers a spectacular scale that few events can match: expect well over five hundred cask beers and more than a hundred traditional ciders, gathered from breweries across Britain. The 2026 edition runs from Wednesday 7 to Saturday 10 October, opening with a trade day before welcoming the public for a series of lively sessions through the week. Organised by Nottingham CAMRA, it combines that vast choice with brewery bars, food and a buzzing atmosphere, while CAMRA members enjoy free entry.
