Bière à Lille 2026: the BAL's Grand Final at Gare Saint-Sauveur

About this event
For a week each November, the capital of French Flanders turns into one big taproom. Bière à Lille, better known as the BAL, runs from 2 to 8 November 2026 across the bars, restaurants and cultural venues of the Lille metropolis, before its traditional grand closing weekend on 7-8 November at the Gare Saint-Sauveur, a former freight station turned festival hall. Created in 2017 by the team of l'Échappée Bière, the BAL has become the reference event for craft beer in northern France: hundreds of references from local heroes of the Hauts-de-France, French newcomers and international guests, with a special section reserved for Belgian brewers just across the border. Weekday animations in the bars are free, while the weekend festival is ticketed, with tastings, talks, food pairings and brewer meet-ups. The 2026 edition is billed as "Le Grand Final", so it may be the one not to miss. Check the official website for tickets and updates, and plan your beer trip with beBeer.
