Västernorrland

Västernorrland is a county (län) in eastern Sweden, on the Gulf of Bothnia, bordering Gävleborg, Jämtland and Västerbotten. It has about 241,000 inhabitants (2024); its seat is Härnösand, and Sundsvall is the largest city. It includes the High Coast, a UNESCO site.

Zeunerts In Sollefteå (Västernorrland), Zeunerts is one of Sweden's oldest breweries, founded in the 19th century and still in operation today. Zeunerts Original (~5.2%) is a balanced, malty lager with a slight sweetness; Höga Kusten (~5.3%) offers a more aromatic profile; the brewery also produces traditional soft drinks such as Trocadero.
