Centro
The Centro region of Portugal lies on the Atlantic Ocean to the west and borders Spain to the east. It has six sub-regions, including Aveiro, Coimbra and Leiria, and its main cities are Coimbra, Aveiro, Viseu, Leiria, Castelo Branco and Guarda. The Serra da Estrela and the Mondego River are located there.
