Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship is in north-eastern Poland and adjoins Russia's Kaliningrad Oblast. Its capital is Olsztyn, and it has 21 counties (powiats). The Masurian Lake District and part of the Vistula Lagoon, on the Baltic Sea, belong to its territory.
