Cornwall is a ceremonial county at the south-western tip of Great Britain, bordered by the Atlantic to the north and west, the English Channel to the south and Devon to the east. It has about 585,000 inhabitants; its administrative centre is Truro. The Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape is a UNESCO site.
