Etelä-Pohjanmaa

South Ostrobothnia (Etelä-Pohjanmaa) is a region of western Finland, bordering Ostrobothnia, Central Ostrobothnia, Central Finland, Pirkanmaa and Satakunta. It has about 190,000 inhabitants (Statistics Finland, 2024); its capital is Seinäjoki. It includes Lauhanvuori National Park.
