Rioja (La)

La Rioja is an autonomous single-province community in northern Spain with no sea coast. It borders Álava, Navarre and the provinces of Zaragoza, Burgos and Soria. Its capital is Logroño, and it has around 324,000 inhabitants. The Ebro River flows through it.
