Käbliku Pruulikoda
Käbliku — 'of the wren', the tiny hedgerow bird — is a farm brewery at the Käbliku talu homestead in Kanepi parish, deep in the wooded hills of south-eastern Estonia. Active since the mid-2010s, it earned respect across the country's craft scene, even hosting the nomad brews of houses like Anderson's in their early days. Its range mixes hoppy ales, dark beers and seasonal brews, made in small batches with the direct, generous spirit of a family farm. An address to pair with the lakes and forests of Põlvamaa, between Tartu, Võru and the picturesque valley of the Ahja river with its sandstone cliffs.
