Southern Denmark

Southern Denmark (Syddanmark) is a region of Denmark, covering the island of Funen, southern Jutland and several islands, bordering the Midtjylland region and Germany. It has about 1.24 million inhabitants (1 January 2025); its seat is Vejle. It includes Jelling and Christiansfeld, both UNESCO sites.
