Glarus
Glarus is a canton in eastern Switzerland, bordering St. Gallen, Graubünden, Uri and Schwyz. A mountain canton shaped by textile history, machinery and hydropower, it has about 42,000 inhabitants; its main town is Glarus. It has the Swiss Tectonic Arena Sardona and the Tödi, the canton's highest peak.
