A few streets east of the postcard city, Cambridge becomes brick, bicycles and narrow pavements, and The Free Press fits that smaller scale beautifully. Arrive on foot from Parker’s Piece or by taxi from the station; drivers should use central car parks and walk, because Prospect Row is not friendly to casual parking. The approach is urban, quiet and easy to miss.
