Suze-la-Rousse is a commune in the Drôme department (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes), on the left bank of the Lez, 23 km north of Orange. It has around 2,100 inhabitants over 31 km². Its castle, a 12th–14th-century fortress remodelled in the Renaissance, overlooks the village.
