Saint-Quay-Portrieux is a French commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department of Brittany, on the Bay of Saint-Brieuc. It has around 3,300 inhabitants and covers 4 km². The semaphore station of 1860, on a headland above the sea, looks over the bay between Bréhat and Cap Fréhel.
