Quillan is a French commune in the Aude department (Occitanie), in the arrondissement of Limoux, at the foot of the Pyrenees. It has around 3,000 inhabitants on 35 km², at altitudes from 261 to 1,122 m. The Aude flows through it, at the entrance to the Pierre-Lys gorge, and a château overlooks the town.
