Nyons is a French commune in the Drôme department (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) and a sub-prefecture of the department. It has around 6,800 inhabitants and covers 23 km², in a basin crossed by the Eygues, which is spanned by the Pont Roman, a single-arch bridge of 43 m completed in 1409.
