Narbonne is a French commune and sub-prefecture of the Aude department (Occitanie), on the Mediterranean coast. It has around 57,000 inhabitants on 173 km². The Canal de la Robine, linked to the Canal du Midi, runs through the town; the unfinished Cathedral of Saint-Just and Saint-Pasteur marks its centre.
