Melesse is a French commune in Ille-et-Vilaine (Brittany), about ten kilometres north of Rennes. It has around 7,500 inhabitants and covers 32 km². The Neo-Romanesque Church of Saint-Pierre was rebuilt there between 1885 and 1890, and the Manoir de la Grimaudais dates from the 15th-16th centuries.
