Le Teil is a French commune in the Ardèche department (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes), on the right bank of the Rhône, opposite Montélimar. It has around 8,700 inhabitants and covers 27 km². The Rhône runs along its eastern side, where a road bridge links the commune to the left bank.
