Decazeville is a commune in the Aveyron department (Occitanie, France) with around 5,000 inhabitants on 14 km², founded in 1833 around the mines and foundries of Duke Decazes. It occupies the Riou-Mort valley, a tributary of the Lot, and preserves the former open-pit mine of La Découverte.
