Créon is a French commune in the Gironde department (Nouvelle-Aquitaine), in the Entre-deux-Mers area east of Bordeaux. It has around 4,900 inhabitants on 8 km² and keeps the orthogonal layout of its bastide, founded in 1315, with its arcaded square and the church of Notre-Dame.
