Launched in spring 2025 in Marsa by Sebastien Bianchi, The Other Brewery Co. — TOBCo. for short — is the youngest player on the Maltese brewing scene. Fuelled by years of experience in London's thriving beer scene, the brand claims a simple philosophy: honest, balanced beers without fads. Its range revolves around a crisp lager, a helles, a silky hefeweizen and a generous NEIPA, distributed in cans and kegs across bars from Valletta to Mdina. Driven by a strong message of sustainability and local roots, TOBCo. embodies the craft renewal of the archipelago and is preparing to open its own taproom.
