About this brewery
The absolute pioneer of the Maltese craft movement, Lord Chambray opened its doors in 2014 in Xewkija, on the island of Gozo, driven by the Italian D'Imperio family. Proudly independent, the brewery produces more than twenty styles, from fresh lagers to full-bodied stouts, incorporating local ingredients along with vegan and gluten-free ranges. Its taproom at the Gozitano Agricultural Village lines up a dozen taps and offers guided tours and tastings in the heart of the Gozitan countryside. A multiple international award winner and ISO 9001 certified, Lord Chambray released Malta's first canned craft beer in 2023 and remains the craft benchmark of the archipelago.
