About this brewery
On Zakynthos, island of Navagio beach and loggerhead turtles, Levante Beers took the name of the east wind that cools Ionian evenings — a fitting brief for beers designed for long summer tables. The Zakynthian microbrewery makes island beers found in the bars of Zakynthos Town, rebuilt in its Venetian elegance after the 1953 earthquake, and in the resorts of the island's south, from Laganas to Vasilikos. Facing the Kyllini ferries and the Keri sunsets, it forms the third voice of the Ionian brewing triangle, alongside Corfu Beer and the Kefalonia microbrewery.
