Bellfield Brewery

Founded by coeliacs who refused to give up good beer, Bellfield became in 2016 the UK's first dedicated gluten-free brewery — and a world pioneer of the genre. From Abbeyhill, minutes from Holyrood and the Scottish Parliament, it brews certified, award-winning beers, from Lawless Village IPA to lagers crowned in Scotland.
